Discover your unique body-mind constitution and receive tailored guidance to bring balance through food, daily rituals, herbs, and seasonal routines. Your plan is crafted to gently restore vitality, clarity, and ease in every aspect of life.

Shirodhara is a deeply relaxing Ayurvedic treatment where warm herbal oil is gently poured over the forehead. It calms the mind, soothes the nervous system, and helps relieve stress, anxiety, and insomnia.

Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic full-body massage using warm herbal oils to nourish the skin, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system. It helps release tension, support detoxification, and restore balance to body and mind.

Energy Healing

🌸 Energy Healing For Wellbeing 

Energy Healing for Wellbeing helps you release blocks, soothe the nervous system, reawaken your natural state of harmony and vitality, and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease. Combining meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, forgiveness and acceptance practices, it supports emotional resilience and clarity. While many find relief from stress, anxiety, and past traumas, it may not be suitable for everyone.

Energy Healing sessions can occur in-person, online or via remote healing. 

Investment - $100 per session or $450 for 5 sessions

Guided meditation

Our active guided meditations combine music, mantra, sound, and verbal affirmations, to support emotional release, mental clarity, personal empowerment and spiritual wellbeing. 

Mediations are guided by the consciousness of the group that come together on the day. Each meditation is unique in its nature. 

Wellbeing retreats

Immerse yourself in the wisdom of the seasons with our nourishing retreats. Blending Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, sound, and ritual, each retreat offers a sanctuary to reset, realign, and rediscover the peace within.

 

Kirtan

🎶 Monthly Chai & Chanting Gatherings

Come together in community to sing, chant, and share the joyful vibration of sacred sound. Kirtan is an uplifting practice that dissolves tension, opens the heart, and reconnects us through love and devotion.

We meet on the last Sunday of the month from 2-4pm.
